Mikaela Mikalef

Mikaela Mikalef is our Head of Guest Experience for PROception and is responsible for overseeing the Guest Experience Team and making sure that the service we provide is exceptional. Mikaela truly believes that customer service is a feeling, and for this reason, she wants to create memorable experiences with a positive impact at work, which will be a memory for life for every single customer. Mikaela is extremely passionate about guest experience and will focus on team training and mentorship, customer journey enhancement, pop-ups, image and uniform, CSR, marketing, staff events and bespoke site audits.

Prior to joining PROception, she was a Guest Experience Manager for four years based on a corporate portfolio, where she was responsible for maintaining a lovely working environment for all the staff and visitors.
